I suffer from attacks of moderate to severe stomach pain, which can occur as often as on e a week or once every few days. The attacks could last anywhere from 3-4 to 12-14 hours, and were sometimes bad enough for me to have to go to the emergency room. Over the years I’ve had all kinds of tests done to locate the source of the problem, with no success.
On a lark I decided to visit Ira for acupuncture, during an attack. I was nervous, because I HATE needles, but Ira explained to me that it’s not at all like getting a shot at the doctor, and he was right. It felt like almost nothing. The pain stopped literally before he had pulled out the needles. It’s been months, and since then my stomach has been fine. I highly recommend him, and I will for sure see him right away if my stomach acts up again.
