As the summer season unfolds, this is a wonderful time to slow down, reconnect with the body, and invite in a bit more healing and rejuvenation. With that intention, I am offering a special one‑day Qigong workshop designed to help patients unwind deeply, release tension, and experience the restorative benefits of this gentle practice. This immersive day provides an opportunity to go further into the Marriage of Heaven and Earth Qigong sequence, whether someone is brand new to Qigong or looking to deepen an existing practice.

A Gentle, Healing Movement Practice for Patients
The clinic is pleased to offer a special one‑day Qigong workshop designed to support patients seeking natural ways to reduce pain, ease stress, and improve overall wellness. This workshop is ideal for complete beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their current Qigong practice.
Participants will learn Marriage of Heaven and Earth Qigong, a gentle, accessible movement system rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This practice is especially supportive for individuals experiencing:
- Back, neck, and shoulder pain
- Joint pain and stiffness
- Repetitive stress injuries (including carpal tunnel)
- Stress and emotional overwhelm
- Headaches and upper‑back tension
- Lower‑back discomfort
- Fatigue and low energy
Practice may be held indoors or outdoors depending on weather, offering a peaceful and restorative environment.

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Morning Qigong Session (includes a short tea break)
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM Lunch Break
1:30 PM – 4:00 PM Afternoon Qigong Session (includes a short tea break)
What You Will Learn
Marriage of Heaven and Earth Qigong uses smooth, repetitive movements that gently open the joints, release muscular tension, and calm the nervous system. The choreography is simple and easy to learn, making it suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
As a licensed acupuncturist, the I integrate clinical knowledge of Chinese medicine into each session. Students will learn how the movements relate to the meridians, organ systems, and energetic functions of the body gaining insight into why the practice supports healing, not just how to perform it.
